The Linux NAG is pretty good about such things, although it is getting rather
stale.  Such things as DNS and DHCP aren't really "Linux",  O'Rielly makes
independent books about various topics.  DHCP isn't that complicated and the
ISC documentation on the web page probably cover's it pretty well.  Apache
has it's own documentation, as does Sendmail.   O'Rielly is always a good
source for documentation, almost all their books are top notch.~
