Sitemaster

Requires moderate technical skill, and regular access to the server

The sitemaster handles all issues related to the administration and maint-
enence of a host used by and for the group, which is addressable over the
Internet. The functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide physical access and security for the host while in operation.

2. Ensure that the operation of the machine is conducted in a safe and secure
   manner.

3. Authorize (and remove) user accounts from said host as needed for the
   conduct of group business and projects.

4. Act as a resource for other group members as projects progress.

5. Modify the software configuration in support of group efforts, and to 
   maintain the environment as the state of the art advances.

The sitemaster may delegate some of these functions on a dicretionary basis,
and is encouraged, when possible, to train others in site management.
