Ok, well here goes.  Up until about two years ago, I knew nothing about
VoIP.  Since then I have administered a VoIP network using Lucent
(previously Ascend) MaxTNT, and Pipeline devices.  I ran a network of 3
gateways and 2 gatekeepers (one for testing), and performed real-time
billing for about 50,000 minutes of traffic a month.  Since the company
I worked for kinda fizzled, and is now attempting to reconstruct itself
in a slightly different formation.  Anyhoo, I have good deal of
experience with that h323 platform, including billing issues (which i
doubt will be a concern) and other such things.
