I am Ralph Worick and have experience running NetMeeting
with voice and video over IP features for a client. I
actually got it to work after help from AOL tech support
and reading mountains of M$ tech notes. Only got still
scans to ever work... not streaming with ISDN.
Have worked with PBX's to troubleshoot problems getting
Intel fax/modems to work properly with Rolm equipment.
Learned how simple these switches really are inside.
My cousin in Lansing is part owner of a company that is
active in this area commercially, LJ Conn! They sell
VOIP equipment and PC PBX systems. http://www.ljconn.com
They designed make and sell phone to IP equipment. My
cousin's main product push is on "Webcalls."
I have been interested in PC phone systems for about
10 years and have watched the prices fall dramatically
over that time.
