FWIW, I have gnugk compiled and included in the latest beta release of
Devil Linux.  (ISO's are publicly available).

I have no idea if gnugk actually runs or not, since I have no idea how
to configure or run it.  But the latest beta of DL is very stable. 
There is talk about releasing the next full version soon.

If we want to upgrade the KLUG firewall to DL, all we need is a PC with
a floppy and CD drives, and can boot off CD.  16MB minimum, plus
whatever is needed for gnugk.
