Alright, someone want to take getting that installed and testing it? 
Since mpg123 is just and MP3 player I assume it also need some kind of
encoder or is that build in?

OK.  I'm thinking that context and the dialplan are sort of linked. That
was my impression.

Suppose we have to think about how to qualify users.
