I consider box assembly to be advance prep.

Assembling everything is an excellent way of double checking that we
have everything we need.  Otherwise we may miss some rinky-dink cable 
or adapter that could be a show stopper for the Saturday meeting.  
(or a time waster as we run around town making last minute purchases)
