Guess so

Seems to be picking up a bunch of steam... let's see if it can escape
the Mambo fate. Drupal seems to be much more stable and laid back.

They do have a developers kit, although it is twice as much as the old
one ($195), but it is infinitely better - the USB FXO dongle sucked. Any
way you look at it the full (4 port) pci cards start at $350
