It's a ways. I live 25 miles southeast of there (which is why I have not been to a KLUG meeting yet.)
It might be too far to drive, but we can use remote opinions during the
design just as well (although labor is good..)

American Electric Power. The utility provider (we also have NIPSCO for
gas and electric). They are dumping alot of PCs.

KLUG is the most happening. I used to be on the GoshenLUG, but not much
happened there. I don't even remember what email account I subscribed
with, but 3 years ago I stopped getting the messages. The script on
their website was broken and I couldn't resubscribe. That was a bad
sign in itself
Regarding the user perception: I just had the same thing happen today.
A salesmen (who is gadget minded, technophile) saw my evolution with a
graphic theme and thought it was cool. (he thought it was a windows
box).
