It might be worth taking this oportunity to build the new systems as a
parrallel privately number'd network. Alleviates some security
concerns. And then when you think the "new" systems are ready switching
will be very easy, since you use DHCP.

Is the CC:Mail box under you or Berrien County?

Looks pretty straight forward.

Get O'Rielly's NT User Management book. You'll need to know all about
netlogon, roaming profiles, etc... to build a really smootly operating
net.

Anyone who is really proficient at one thing will usually acquire
proficiency at another thing without problems. And alot of the
knowledge is portable (users, file permissions, etc...), just tweaked
differently. Did you use NDS or the old bindery?
"If you want something done, ask a really busy person" - Sarah Michelle
Geller. Strange source, but I like the quote, it illustrates the point.

Hey, anytime you can get someone else to work with the printers....

These days it is quite possible to built an entire network without ever
compiling anything. Actually I avoid it, it just makes it that much
harder to document or reproduce.

Nice, we had really fun power problems yesterday, Pheew! Now the
question is do I want to waste another couple of days of my life trying
to get APC to replace their *^&9 $*@(*@( $@*(@-ing UPS(s). Again.
Take is slow, and since a MAJOR rollover of Samba is about to occur, you
might save yourself some work later by doing so.
